RONNIES MASHED SWEET POTATOES

SWEET POTATOES
SALT
PEPPER
CHEESE
SOUR CREAM
SWEET AND LOW

CUT UP AND BOIL SWEET POTATOES UNTIL SOFT.
MASH THEM UP WITH THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS, TO YOUR
TASTE. ADD IN SOME SWEET AND LOW FOR ADDED SWEETNESS.

FRIED CORN

4 Ears of Fresh Corn
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Cut corn off of ears. Cook corn in a skillet with butter over medium heat.
Add milk and stir occasionally. Once milk is half absorbed, add sugar and salt
and pepper to taste. Continue cooking until all milk is absorbed. Serves 4.

BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE

4 Baking Potatoes
3 Tablespoons Butter
3/4 Cup Cheese
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Bacon Bits
Salt & Pepper to Taste


Bake potatoes in oven or microwave until done. Cut potatoes into chunks, leaving the skins on.
Put potato chunks in a greased baking dish. Mix all ingredients with potatoes, making sure the
butter and sour cream melts, and leaving the potatoes chunky. Place in a 325 degree oven until
lightly browned and cheese melts, approximately 5 minutes.
