BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE
4 Baking Potatoes
3 Tablespoons Butter
3/4 Cup Cheese
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Bacon Bits
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Bake potatoes in oven or microwave until done. Cut potatoes into
chunks, leaving the skins on.
Put potato chunks in a greased baking dish. Mix all ingredients
with potatoes, making sure the
butter and sour cream melts, and leaving the potatoes chunky.
Place in a 325 degree oven until
lightly browned and cheese melts, approximately 5 minutes.
